Reaction of [Cp2TiCl2] with two equivalents of 2,4-pentanedione in the presence of one equivalent of NEt3 in CH3CN at room temperature yielded oxo-bridged binuclear titanium complex [{Ti(acac)2Cl}{TiCp2(Cl)}(mu-O)], which was characterized crystallographically and spectroscopically.
