Electric Literature of 51207-66-0, The reaction rate of a catalyzed reaction is faster than the reaction rate of the uncatalyzed reaction at the same temperature.51207-66-0, Name is (S)-(+)-1-(2-Pyrrolidinylmethyl)pyrrolidine, molecular formula is C9H18N2. In a Article, once mentioned of 51207-66-0

A highly crystalline new precursor of CHA-type zeolite AlPO4-34 was obtained by using an aluminophosphate gel with a chiral diamine [(S)-(+)-1-(2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)pyrrolidine; C9H18N2] as an organic structure directing agent under hydrothermal synthesis conditions. This precursor (called GAM-1) was changed into the zeolite AlPO4-34 which had a high porosity (the Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) surface area is approximately 700 m3 g-1) using calcination. The GAM-1 obtained was characterized by various measurements, e.g., powder X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, and so on. Structure determination from powder diffraction data revealed that the new precursor GAM-1 has triclinic symmetry [space group P1, a = 9.16535(11) A, b = 9.23042(11) A, c = 9.29228(11) A, alpha = 79.8243(7), beta = 87.4593(7), gamma = 86.5365(7)] and the chemical formula was estimated to be: Al6P6O24H2F2(C9H18N2)·2.5(H2O). It also revealed that a two edge sharing AlO4F2 octahedron with an Al-F-Al bridge was included in the framework. GAM-1 was transformed into AlPO4-34 with rhombohedral symmetry (R3) by elevating temperature to over 400 C. At high temperatures, AlO4F2 octahedron connectivity was changed into an AlO4 tetrahedron. The crystal structure of the dehydrated AlPO4-34 changed back to a triclinic symmetry (P1) model again after rehydration in the atmosphere.

The oxidative coupling polymerization of racemic-, (R)-, and (S)-2,2?,3,3?-tetrahydroxy-1,1?-binaphthyl derivatives bearing a crown ether moiety was carried out in the presence of a Cu(I) or Cu(II) catalyst with various ligands, such as N,N,N?,N? -tetramethylethylenediamine, (S)-(+)-1-(2-pyrrolidinylmethyl)pyrrolidine, (-)-sparteine [(-)Sp], and (S)-(-)-2,2? -isopropylidenebis(4-phenyl-2-oxazoline). Methanol-insoluble poly(binaphthyl crown ether) with a molecular weight up to Mn = 4.1 x 103 was synthesized in moderate yields. Polymerization using (-)Sp proceeded in an S-selective manner; the polymer with the highest negative specific rotation was obtained with the (S)-monomer. The obtained polymers exhibited characteristic abilities for chiral recognition toward amino acids, such as 2-phenylglycine hydrochloride and 2-phenylglycine methyl ester hydrochloride.

A catalyst comprised of Pd2(dba)3·CHCl 3 and an N-Ar axially chiral mimetic-type ligand, (S)-N-[2-(diphenylphosphanyl)naphthalene-1-yl]-2-(piperidinylmethyl)piperidine, provides good enantioselectivities for the asymmetric Kumada-Corriu cross-coupling reaction of 1-phenylethylmagnesium chloride and E-beta-bromostyrene derivatives with which it is more difficult to achieve high enantioselectivity. Furthermore, in the case of styrene derivatives bearing both vinyl and aryl bromide groups, the chemoselective asymmetric cross-coupling reaction of the vinyl bromide group is observed. This N-Ar axially chiral mimetic-type ligand allows easy synthesis of a wide variety of analogues, and starting from the initial ligand, the enantioselectivity of coupling products is improved by modifying the structure in the ligand. Graphical Abstract.

Dysregulated antigen receptor-mediated NF-kappaB activation can contribute to development of autoimmunity, chronic inflammation, and malignancy. A chemical biology screening strategy has identified a substituted benzimidazole that selectively inhibits antigen receptor-mediated NF-kappaB activation without blocking other NF-kappaB activation pathways. A library of analogs was synthesized and the structure-activity relationship and metabolic stability for the series is presented.

A novel series of 3-pyrrolo[b]cyclohexylene-2-dihydroindolinone derivatives targeting VEGFR-2, PDGFR-beta and c-Kit kinases were designed and synthesized. The molecular design was based on the SAR features of indolin-2-ones as kinase inhibitors. SAR study of the series allowed us to identify compounds possessing more potent inhibitory activities against the three kinases than sunitinb with IC50 values in the low nanomolar range in vitro. Additionally, some compounds also showed favorable antiproliferative activities against a panel of cancer cell lines (BXPC-3, T24, BGC, HEPG2 and HT29).
