Quadruplex DNA-guided ligand selection from dynamic combinatorial libraries of acylhydrazones

Dynamic combinatorial libraries of acylhydrazones were prepared from diacylhydrazides and several cationic or neutral aldehydes in the presence of 5-methoxyanthranilic acid catalyst.
