(1) To a solution of tri-tert-butyl 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetate (24.8 mg) in DMF (0.2 mL) and DIEA (17 muL), a solution of HBTU (17.0 mg) in DMF (100 muL) was added, then the mixture was added to a solution of compound (L7) (13.1 mg) in DMF (200 muL) and DIEA (10 muL), and the resulting mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour.
