137076-54-1, 2-(4,7,10-Tris(2-(tert-butoxy)-2-oxoethyl)-1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecan-1-yl)acetic acid is a catalyst-ligand compound, ?involved in a variety of chemical synthesis. Rlated chemical reaction is continuously updated
A solution of DOTA tri-t-butyl ester (10 mg, 0.017 mmol), HBTU (7.8 mg, 0.021 mmol) and DIEA (6.0 muL, 0.034 mmol) in anhydrous DMF (0.5 mL) was stirred at room temperature under nitrogen for 20 minutes, and treated with the product of Part A (8.7 mg, 0.017 mmol). Stirring was continued for 1 hour and the solution was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was dissolved in TFA (1 mL), treated with TIS (10 muL), and stirred for 4 hours. The solution was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified by HPLC on a Phenomenex Luna C18 column (21.2 x 250 mm) using a 0.9%/min gradient of 0 to 18% acetonitrile containing 0.1% TFA at a flow rate of 20 mL/min.
