The reaction mixture was purified by preparative HPLC (Method 4) affording 137 mg (79 % of th.) of the title compound. LC-MS (Method 2): Rt = 1.03 min; MS (ESIpos): m/z = 578.2 [M+H]+ -NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) delta [ppm]: 8.73 (s, 1H), 8.27-8.00 (m, 2H), 7.80-7.50 (m, 4H), 7.30 (s, 1H), 7.10 (s, 1H), 6.91 (d, 1H), 6.52 (d, 1H), 5.19-4.99 (m, 2H), 4.40-4.20 (br m, 1H), 4.16-3.76 (m, 3H), 2.93-2.66 (m, 2H), 2.11-1.91 (m, 1H), 1.85-1.44 (m, 3H).
